1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Website www.eksteko.lt and the procedure for ordering, performing, settling, canceling services provided by EKSTEKO MB, and the parties' responsibility. The following main directions of services are publicly indicated on the EKSTEKO website: electrical works, plumbing works, moving and installation works.

1.2. By ordering services, the customer confirms that he has read these terms and undertakes to comply with them.

1.4. In cases where goods are also purchased through the website, the terms of delivery and return of goods are applied according to the separate pages "Delivery of goods" and "Return of goods" published on the website.

2. Services provided

2.1. EKSTEKO provides various household and farm services, including but not limited to:

  • electrical installation installation, renovation and repair works;
  • plumbing, water supply and sewage system installation and repair works;
  • moving, transportation, furniture installation and related services;
  • other services individually coordinated with the client.

2.2. The specific scope of services, performance deadline, location, price and additional conditions are agreed individually with the customer by phone or e-mail in each case. by mail or in another way acceptable to both parties.

2.3. Information about the services, descriptions, terms or examples provided on the website are of an informational nature. The exact scope of the service is always determined by individual agreement.

3. Order submission and confirmation

3.1. The customer can submit a request or service order through the website, by phone, e-mail. by mail or in another way specified on the website. An invitation to contact and contact details are publicly available on the website.

3.2. The service order is considered accepted only when the service provider confirms the order verbally, in writing or by electronic means.

3.3. If an additional inspection of the object, a technical evaluation or a more precise coordination of the works is necessary before the service is performed, the final confirmation of the order and the price can only be provided after such an evaluation.

4. Prices and payment procedure

4.1. The prices of the services are determined individually, taking into account the nature of the work, scope, complexity, duration, location, additional materials, the need for transportation and other significant circumstances. The site also provides price list sections.

4.2. Unless otherwise stated, the prices presented on the website or in the offer are for information purposes and may be revised before the work begins.

4.3. The customer pays for the services according to pre-agreed conditions:

  • prepayment;
  • partial advance payment;

4.4. The service provider has the right to request an advance payment if required by the nature of the work, reservation, advance preparation, purchase of materials or other objective reason.

5. Service performance procedure

5.1. Services are provided at the time and address agreed upon by the parties.

5.2. The customer undertakes to ensure appropriate conditions for the provision of the service, including:

5.4. The service provider has the right to use employees, partners, subcontractors or other resources belonging to third parties, if this is necessary for the proper provision of services.

6. Customer's rights and obligations

6.1. The customer has the right to receive clear information about the planned service, its price, term and essential performance conditions.

6.2. The customer undertakes:

  • bendradarbiauti su paslaugų teikėju vykdant paslaugą;
  • laiku atsiskaityti už suteiktas paslaugas;
  • immediately inform about circumstances that may affect the performance of the service.

6.3. Jei klientas laiku neatvyksta, neįsileidžia į objektą, nesudaro galimybės atlikti darbų ar kitaip trukdo paslaugos vykdymui, paslaugų teikėjas turi teisę perkelti darbų laiką arba taikyti pagrįstą papildomą mokestį už prastovą, atvykimą ar rezervuoto laiko praradimą.

7. Rights and obligations of the service provider

7.1. The service provider undertakes to provide services professionally, carefully and according to pre-agreed conditions.

7.2. The service provider has the right to refuse to execute the order or suspend its execution if:

  • the customer provided false information;
  • darbo sąlygos yra nesaugios;
  • the client does not fulfill his obligations;
  • performance of the service would be contrary to legal acts or professional requirements.

7.3. The service provider has the right to adjust the work deadline if it is affected by circumstances beyond his control, such as the customer's delay, unprepared object, force majeure circumstances, supply disruptions or other unforeseen obstacles.

8. Changing and canceling an order

8.1. The customer can request to change the time, place or volume of the order, but such changes are valid only after the service provider approves them.

8.2. If the customer cancels the order after its confirmation, the service provider has the right to claim compensation for the costs actually incurred in connection with the preparation, reserved time, transport, scheduling of employees or procurement of materials.

8.3. If an advance has been paid, its return is decided individually, taking into account what expenses have already been incurred up to the moment of cancellation.

9. Liability

9.1. Each party is liable for direct losses caused by its fault or failure to fulfill its obligations.

9.2. The service provider is not responsible for:

  • indirect losses;
  • the client's lost income or business losses;
  • damage caused by incorrect instructions given by the customer;
  • damage caused by the actions of third parties or circumstances beyond the control of the service provider.

9.3. Jei paslaugos susijusios su kraustymu, montavimu ar transportavimu, klientas turi iš anksto informuoti apie itin vertingus, trapius, nestandartinius, sunkiasvorius ar specialaus transportavimo reikalaujančius daiktus. Nepateikus tokios informacijos, paslaugų teikėjas neatsako už dėl to kilusias papildomas rizikas.

9.4. The customer must immediately, but no later than within a reasonable period of time after the provision of the service, inform the service provider about the observed deficiencies or claims.

10. Warranties and Claims

10.1. If a specific service is covered by a warranty, its scope, term and conditions are specified in an individual agreement, offer, invoice or other document.

10.2. The customer, who notices the shortcomings of the service, must contact the service provider as soon as possible by e-mail. by mail or phone and provide as detailed information as possible about the situation.

10.3. After receiving a reasonable claim, the Service Provider examines it within a reasonable period of time and, if necessary, offers a remedy, re-performance, price adjustment or other reasonable solution.

11. Asmens duomenys

11.1. The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website. A separate "Privacy Policy" page is publicly available on the website.

11.2. When ordering services, the customer confirms that the data provided by him is accurate and that he has the right to provide them.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All information, texts, descriptions, photos, design elements, logos and other material on the website, unless otherwise stated, are owned by EKSTEKO MB or used lawfully.

12.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publicly announce or otherwise use the content of the website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these conditions.

13.2. All disagreements are resolved through negotiations first. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.3. The Service Provider has the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms is published on the website.
