Delivery of Goods

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms of delivery of goods apply to goods purchased on the website www.eksteko.lt, delivery procedure, terms, price, rights and obligations of the parties.

1.3. By ordering the goods, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these delivery conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Delivery territory

2.1. The goods are delivered in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, unless otherwise specified for the specific goods, at the time of ordering or individually with the buyer.

2.2. For delivery outside Lithuania or to non-standard areas, the buyer must apply individually by e-mail. by mail or phone.

3. Order preparation and delivery terms

3.1. The execution of the order begins after receiving the payment confirmation, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the buyer.

3.2. The specific term of delivery of the goods can be specified in the product description, in the basket, during the order, or individually coordinated with the buyer.

3.3. If a specific term is not specified with the product or at the time of the order, the goods must be delivered no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless the buyer and seller agree otherwise. This corresponds to publicly published information on consumer rights in Lithuania.

3.4. If the delivery may be delayed due to the balance of goods, supply disruptions, a large number of orders, the burden of couriers or other objective circumstances, the buyer is informed about this at the time of ordering or immediately after such circumstances become clear.

3.5. If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock or its delivery becomes impossible, the seller has the right to contact the buyer and offer another delivery date, a similar product, partial fulfillment of the order or cancellation of the order.

4. Methods of delivery

4.1. The goods can be delivered in one or more of the following ways, depending on the nature of the order and technical capabilities:

4.2. Non-standard dimensions, fragile, heavy goods or goods requiring special transportation may be subject to an individual delivery method and a separately negotiated price.

5. Delivery price

5.1. The delivery price is indicated at the time of ordering before the final order is placed, except for cases where it is calculated individually due to non-standard parcels.

5.2. If a promotion or special offer applies, according to which delivery is free or cheaper, such conditions are indicated separately.

5.3. If, after placing the order, it turns out that an additional shipping cost is required due to the weight, volume, delivery location or other circumstances of the goods, the seller will coordinate this with the buyer before sending the goods.

6. Obligations of the buyer when accepting the shipment

6.1. The buyer must provide accurate delivery data: name, surname, phone number, address, choice of postal machine or other necessary information.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself or to ensure that the goods are accepted by the person indicated by him.

6.3. After receiving the package, the buyer must check the condition of the package, the quantity of goods, obvious damages and completeness as soon as possible.

6.4. If the package of the shipment is obviously damaged, it is recommended to note this during the reception of the shipment and immediately inform the seller.

7. Transfer of Title and Risk

7.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods passes to the buyer from the moment when the goods are actually handed over to the buyer or the person indicated by him, except in cases where the applicable legal acts provide otherwise.

7.2. If the buyer himself chooses a carrier that was not offered by the seller, the risk may pass in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legislation from the moment of handing over the goods to the carrier.

8. Late delivery

8.2. If the delivery is delayed unreasonably and the parties do not agree on an additional deadline, the buyer has the right to use the consumer rights provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9. Incorrect delivery data

9.1. The seller is not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver if this is due to the buyer providing incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.

9.2. If the package is returned to the seller due to incorrect data, non-collection or other reasons beyond the control of the buyer, the buyer may have to pay the reshipment costs.

10. Circumstances of force majeure

10.1. The seller is not responsible for the violation of delivery terms if it is due to force majeure, actions of state authorities, strikes, extreme weather conditions, transport disruptions, disruptions in the supply chain or other circumstances beyond the seller's control.
